日本は資源に乏しい島国と言われ、将来に向けて大きな課題となっております。SDGsやカーボンニュートラルなど、エネルギーに関する世界的な価値観が大きく変わってきました。今こそ、日本での地産地消型の資源エネルギー開発が問われる時代が来たと確信しております。

そんな折、掘削技術の継承を目的とされた専門学校が開校されたことは、将来に向けたひとつの基盤づくりとなり、誠に喜ばしいことであると思います。実際の活動、開発には、様々な障壁があることと存じますが、開校当時の志を受け継いで、学び、大きく羽ばたいて頂きたいと願っております。
近い将来、日本のみにとどまらず、世界にも通じる掘削エンジニアの方々が排出されることを心より期待しております。

Japan is said to be an island nation with few resources, and this presents a major challenge for the future. Global values regarding energy, such as the SDGs and carbon neutrality, have changed dramatically. I believe that now is the time for Japan to develop locally produced and locally consumed resources and energy.
At this time, the opening of a technical college aimed at passing on drilling techniques is great cause for celebration, as it will lay a foundation for the future. I understand that there will be many obstacles to actual activities and development, but I hope that the students will inherit the aspirations of the time the school was founded, lean, and soar high. I sincerely hope that in the near future, we will produce drilling engineers who are competent not only in Japan but also around the world.

弊社の特色
Our Features

弊社の特色は、社名どおり、金属の熱処理加工をしていることであります。
拠点は、本社の千葉県・船橋、同じく千葉県・成田、北海道・室蘭、群馬県・渋川、三重県・四日市、和歌山県・和歌山と6拠点あり、主に自動車部品、産業機械部品などに携わっております。

また、熱処理の前後工程となる機械加工もしており、熱処理～機械加工、検査工程まで一貫加工体制で行っているのが特色であります。
その特色を活かし、繁忙時には日本唯一の掘削部品メーカーとして、掘削時に使用する部品、ドリルパイプやドリルカラーなどの製造を行っておりました。
その実績と経験を活かし、将来の掘削エンジニアの方々へ微力ながらお役たちできればと考えております。

Our company`s specially, as our name suggests, is heat treatment of metals. We have six bases: Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture; Narita, also in Chiba Prefecture; Muroran, Hokkaido; Shibukawa, Gunma Prefecture; Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture; and Wakayama, Wakayama Prefecture, and we are primarily involved in the production of automotive parts and industrial machinery parts.
We also carry out machining, which is a process before and after heat treatment, and our distinctive feature is that we have an integrated processing system that covers everything from heat treatment to machining and inspection. Taking advantage of this feature, the company was the only manufacture in Japan that produced parts necessary for drilling, such as drill collars and drill pipes.
We would like to use the skills and experience we have cultivated to be of service to future drilling engineers.

【After joining the company】
After joining the company, you will work at the manufacturing site for 3~5 years. First, you will experience “manufacturing” from the site.
From there, we judge the characteristics and personality of each person and go to each workplace. Sales, manufacturing, technology, management, etc.
We don’t ask our employees for experience from the start. The most important thing is motivation and qualities.
Everyone doesn’t understand anything at first. It is the same for foreigners and Japan. Gain experience within the company and communicate with colleagues, customers and business partners. That’s how you grow.
Foreigners, like Japanese, are expected to work in the right place and with the right people.
The salary is the same as that of Japanese.
A company is a person. We will strive to ensure that our employees can work in a good environment.
